Guided Math, Math 

Developed by Reagan Tunstall, a nationally-recognized speaker on guided math, this essential classroom resource has everything you need to successfully plan, organize, implement, and manage Guided Math. This Fourth Grade unit kit contains detailed and differentiated lesson plans, activities, games, and cards for your Guided Math whole group and small group lessons! This is Unit 2 out of 9 units for Fourth Grade. It includes 19 detailed whole group lessons, small group lessons with activities, as well as an end-of-unit assessment.

The standards covered in Unit 2 are: multiplication and division through models and algorithms. Students learn how to identify multiplication and division base ten, area, and array models. This unit also focuses on solving multi-digit multiplication and division problems through partial products and the standard algorithm. Several hands-on activities tied to the lessons are included as well as rigorous problems to prepare students for problem solving. The final lesson in this unit (lesson 20) is a unit assessment. Every unit will contain a unit assessment as well as several quizzes.
